Fischer Flex MS Elastic Sealant For Expansion Joints 290ml
The permanently elastic sealant for expansion joints
- The large movement absorption and the low E-module enable the safe absorption of large component movements in the joint.
- The suitability as façade and floor joint sealant according to EN 15651 part 1 and part 4 allows the application in interior and exterior areas.
- The 100% bubble-free curing guarantees a perfect joint appearance in all weather conditions.
- The good adhesion, even on damp substrates, allows the product to be applied outdoors regardless of the weather conditions.
- Compatibility with water-based paints and synthetic varnishes allows the sealant to be painted over.
- Very good weathering, aging and UV resistance for permanently safe application indoors and outdoors.
The fischer FLEX MS is a one-component hybrid sealant that reacts with atmospheric moisture with almost no shrinkage and absolutely bubble-free.
It is characterised by a very high elasticity. It is very easy to process and has excellent adhesive properties on a wide variety of substrates.
The Flex MS also adheres reliably to damp substrates. In addition, it can be overpainted with various paint systems. It exhibits high weathering, aging and UV resistance.

We send deliveries via our warehouse and also operate a direct from the manufacturer route for certain products.
Some products might come in more than one delivery depending on the warehouse it is sent from.
We endeavour to reflect if an item is in stock on our website, with 15,000+ products in the range on rare occasions the product might not be available and in which case we will let you know straight away with an expected delivery date.
Couriers can deliver up to 6pm but you will have received a timed delivery notification prior to this.

If you have a particular day you require delivery please write it on the order notes at checkout and our friendly team will arrange & confirm for you.
Aborted Deliveries
If you or the intended recipient are not available when the delivery is attempted a delivery card will be put through your letterbox, or the courier will send a text. Please follow the instructions to rearrange delivery.

While we strive to maintain the highest possible standards, there may be occasional circumstances beyond our control that can affect the delivery timeline.
Planning Ahead
Please do not schedule or start any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings if needed.
We cannot be held liable for third party delays.
We will make every effort to deliver goods on the date or within the dates quoted, however, such dates are a guideline only and wesupplyfixings shall not be held liable in any way due to delayed deliveries that are out of our control.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
