Make your life a little easier and secure your bike shed or locker with the ABUS Touch™ 57 weatherproof fingerprint lock. Just touch it and the lock opens.

The 360°-capable sensor identifies up to 20 programmed-in fingerprints from any position - no matter how they are placed on it.

Registering the fingerprints is super fast. As one of two administrators, simply place your own, already registered finger on the fingerprint sensor for three seconds and "Register mode" is activated.

Keeping it there for ten seconds triggers the "Delete mode" setting. Accidentally deleting the prints is therefore virtually impossible.

The lock is equipped with a replaceable CR2 battery. And the stored fingerprints are retained even after replacing the battery. With the hardened steel shackle and thanks to the double ball locking, your property is secured in the best possible way with a medium risk of theft. From now on, misplaced keys are a thing of the past.

  • Before using the touch function, make sure that the sensor, as well as your finger, is clean.
  • Please read the notes in the instructions carefully before use.
  • Do not store fingerprints more than once. Otherwise this can revoke the function of the administrator.

We send deliveries via our warehouse and also operate a direct from the manufacturer route for certain products.

Some products might come in more than one delivery depending on the warehouse it is sent from.

We endeavour to reflect if an item is in stock on our website, with 15,000+ products in the range on rare occasions the product might not be available and in which case we will let you know straight away with an expected delivery date.

Couriers can deliver up to 6pm but you will have received a timed delivery notification prior to this.

These will be provided via email from us upon despatch and then with tracking details - our couriers will provide timed deliveries so you can arrange to be in within the delivery window without having to wait in all day.

Aborted Deliveries

If you or the intended recipient are not available when the delivery is attempted a delivery card will be put through your letterbox, or the courier will send a text. Please follow the instructions to rearrange delivery.

Late Deliveries

While we strive to maintain the highest possible standards, there may be occasional circumstances beyond our control that can affect the delivery timeline.

Please do not schedule or start any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings if needed.

We cannot be held liable for third party delays.

We will make every effort to deliver goods on the date or within the dates quoted, however, such dates are a guideline only and wesupplyfixings shall not be held liable in any way due to delayed deliveries that are out of our control.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
