Bonds Aluminium & Wood
Depending on its moisture, softwoods and hardwoods expand and contract constantly, and some more than others. Aluminium expands and contracts in accordance to temperature. OB1® Construction Sealant & Adhesive will maintain its robust bond when cured from -40°C to +120°C and therefore is able to cope in harsh external weathering conditions and in a refrigerated environment. Its bond has the ability to elongate up to 350%

Marine & Pool Sealant
The original formula makes OB1® Construction Sealant & Adhesive the ideal sealant for under water applications even resistant to saltwater. Its hybrid polymer formulation can be applied under water and retains its initial bond. It also acts as a structural underwater bond in closed-face applications in swimming pools such as floor and wall tiles without the need to drain the pool.

Environmentally Sound
OB1® Construction Sealant & Adhesive contains no solvents or isocyanates resulting in an A+ rating for air quality. It is odourless and kind to the environment as well as being safe for use in residential, domestic and industrial applications.
Solar Panels
Typically solar panels are installed with mechanical fixings drilled into the roof substrate. They are sealed with silicone mastics which contain a solvent base. The solvent will eventually evaporate causing the mastic to collapse hence the seal/bond line failing. OB1® Construction Sealant & Adhesive does not contain any solvents so it will never crack, shrink or collapse, creating a permanent seal/bond. In addition it has a high resistance to weathering.
Mirror Adhesive
OB1® Construction Sealant & Adhesive original formulation has no solvents or isocyanates so it will not degrade the back of mirrors. It also has an exceptionally strong initial grab. Depending on size and weight of mirror in most cases OB1® Construction Sealant & Adhesive does not require additional fixings while curing.

If the order is under £75 ex VAT you will get 2 options at the checkout, Next Working Day or Standard 2-4 Working Days, if over £75 ex VAT it qualifies for free delivery.
Order by 3pm for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri).
If an order is placed on the weekend, we will dispatch on Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday if in mainland UK. If an order is placed on a Friday it will be with you on Monday.

We send deliveries via our warehouse and also operate a direct from the manufacturer route for certain products.
Some products might come in more than one delivery depending on the warehouse it is sent from.
We endeavour to reflect if an item is in stock on our website, with 15,000+ products in the range on rare occasions the product might not be available and in which case we will let you know straight away with an expected delivery date.
Couriers can deliver up to 6pm but you will have received a timed delivery notification prior to this.

Aborted Deliveries
If you or the intended recipient are not available when the delivery is attempted a delivery card will be put through your letterbox, or the courier will send a text. Please follow the instructions to rearrange delivery.

Please do not schedule or start any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings if needed.

We will make every effort to deliver goods on the date or within the dates quoted, however, such dates are a guideline only and wesupplyfixings shall not be held liable in any way due to delayed deliveries that are out of our control.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
